If you get a call from 302-358-2200 or 302 DE area code, be aware this will be REOPro, a "One Time" fee based company that has a similar setup as the "Pump and Dump" boiler room penny stock brokerage firms. They will act like a bank asset servicing company looking for listing agents. Once they get your $400, they'll put your information on a few REO sites along with 100,000 other brokers whom 90% of, signed themselves up without the help or expense of REOPro.
After 25 years in the business, I've truly learned if it sounds too good to be true AND cost $$$ upfront, it is and you need to run away. Just my 2 pennies worth.
